@@ClilQuliyev-de9uf I connected them by following the instructions he told in the video.... I took both earbuds out at the same time, in a few seconds, they connected with each other. Then I turned the blutooth ON in my phone and connected M19 to my phone. After that, I didn't face this problem till now. Hope it worked for you as well 😊

Hey bro can you help me?. You see I have the M28 earbuds and It work perfectly when it arrive the case was Not charging but i chared it anyway. Later on the Left side was Ok it connected to my phone. But the Right side doesn't Work. It charges but When i take it out it Doesn't turn on. But when i put it back on the charging port it Charges. I left it for 1 day charging But all it does is Consume Battery and not Working when i take it out

Brother the problem is in the buds battery open your earbud and check battery condition first check wires then check battery volts if battery volts less then 3.7V so you need to change it after that the problem will be solve.🙂

Bro do this 👉🏼 when you connect your buds with phone then go in Bluetooth settings and go in buds setting and check. Phone Audio and Media Audio these two options are onn or off? If any one is off then turn onn after that your problem will gone 🙂

Bro connect your earbuds properly. First go in your mobile Bluetooth setting and forget all devices and turn off your Bluetooth. 2nd Charge your earbuds 100% and then take out your earbuds at same time.After that tap your earbuds for 5 second earbuds will be off and again tap your earbuds for 20 second at same time when they connect together then turn onn mobile Bluetooth and pair with earbuds.🤗

भाई इस उपाय को जरूर आजमाएं सबसे पहले मोबाइल ब्लूटूथ सेटिंग में जाएं और उन सभी ब्लूटूथ डिवाइस को डिलीट कर दें जिन्हें आपने पहले अपने फोन से कनेक्ट किया था, फिर मोबाइल ब्लूटूथ को बंद कर दें। अपने ईयरबड्स को 100% चार्ज करें, फिर दोनों ईयरबड्स को केस से बाहर निकालें और दोनों ईयरबड्स को बंद कर दें, फिर 5 सेकंड तक प्रतीक्षा करें, फिर से अपने ईयरबड्स पर टैप करें, 25 से 30 सेकंड तक दबाकर रखें, फिर छोड़ दें और इस प्रक्रिया के बाद 5 सेकंड तक फिर से प्रतीक्षा करें। मोबाइल ब्लूटूथ और अपने डिवाइस को खोजें और फ़ोन से कनेक्ट करें 🙂

If you just want to off earbuds display no problem your earbuds charge or not so do one thing tap on your both earbuds for 5 second the put your right earbuds in left side and left earbud into right side your display will be off.🙂

Bro it's very simple firstly full charge your earbuds and turn off your mobile Bluetooth then take out your earbuds at the same time and both earbuds will sound together (connected) if earbuds not sound together so tap on your earbuds for 5 second and turn off your earbuds after that tap your earbuds for 25 seconds after that your earbuds sound together connected and then turn on your mobile Bluetooth and pair with earbuds.😊

Yes if you can't open the earbuds by yourself so go to mobile repairing shop and tell them to just open your earbuds case because they have tools and check your earbuds battery if battery is damaged so change your battery and any points is loose so tell them to sold your earbuds wire.

Brother reset your earbuds. First go into the mobile Bluetooth and forget/unpair all the devices which you connected and the turn off the Bluetooth take out both earbuds from the case and wait for 10 second then again turn on the Bluetooth and connect your device.
