Y'know what, I think this audio shows perfectly fine how two people who are not very experienced in that field (extra activies inside or outside of the bedroom I mean) might stumble, fall and make mistakes in the beginning. Because our listener character clearly didn't mean ill. They just didn't know how to approach this, most likely too ashamed. Because if you're into things like this you're automatically labeled a freak, a weirdo, not right in your mind or other demeaning things; women especially so. And the fear of your partner not only being not accepting, but repulsed by your request is also very real. So them (us?) going about this in a roundabout way is honestly one of the more realistic depictions. As was the speaker character's reaction - hurt, by the (perceivedly genuine) provocation; understanding, after the explanation; curious and willing to try it and see where it goes after some future discussion of boundaries. So, yeah. Quite realistic depiction of how two people new to this entire world stumble, fall and mess up in the beginning, but find a bit of a footing after it. Well done!

And that argument is the perfect example of why you should always have a discussion and ask for consent before getting involved in any power dynamics! Especially if you intend on going against your partner requests like here. Luckily, this one went pretty well but it’s not always the case. Anyway, another great audio Colin! And that's why we have conversations before just jumping into those power dynamics, especially when the other person doesn't know/hasn't consented. It can certainly be embarrassing to have those conversations if you're not sure how to go about them, but they're soooo necessary. There some lovely educators on here and other platforms that can help with those discussions! Also being a brat doesn't equal being a jerk that doesn't respect their partner
