Student accommodation property - Before and after walk through

Before and after view of a 36 bed student accommodation property in Bellville Cape Town. We cater mainly for UWC and CPUT students. This project took 3 months in renovation and has been functioning since February 2020 as student accommodation.
The first part of the video is the before view while we were still renovating and the second part you can see the finished product.

Hello Rita,how many rooms does each house have? Also I didn’t really get part of electricity boxes in each room,did you say it is for each room or? Didn’t get you well on that part,you work really hard❤

Hi Rita, hope you are well. I just wanted to find out if one can have a student accommodation in a residencial area?

Yes you can! However you need to also check the guidelines of the bi-laws in the area e.g. how many people etc can be on one property. This maybe an issue when you have students that disturb your neighbors etc and the report to council. You can also check with a town planner to get the right consent of use of the property

Regarding the area where cars can park, would you guys consider building flats there on a later stage?

not unless we demolish the houses and rebuild the whole property, this is due to council parking requirements for a property like this. We are actually planning on going up a second level on the one house and another row of rooms on the other house next year
