In today's video, I take my m60b44 E30 on its very first touge run. After the touge run I go to a local car meet and capture some funny reactions to the m60 E30.

I'd imagine that "raw" feeling is most likely the power to weight ratio, the e30 is INSANELY light compared to the e34 and 39 that the m60 came in. Also good driving love the content.

Yea weight plays a big factor for sure. I think another big thing is the fact the e30 has no extra “junk” to distract you from driving. It’s extremely simplistic and allows you to focus solely on driving. Thanks, I appreciate it!

manual brakes are so nice but def takes some getting used to haha you just keep pushing and pushing and nothing feels like its happening haha

A tip for you- if youre using a gopro get the "camera butter" nd filters for your gopro and throw an nd8 or nd16 filter on and you wont have the super bright white light in your videos. can always turn brightness up a bit in post-production but will make your videos look a lot better

Yea I have a ND for the GoPro just completely blanked on putting it on cause I was in a rush to get this video out haha. Thanks though

Hello! I really liked your video!😮 Can you please, if it’s not difficult for you, write some technical details, namely: what gearbox? what type of final diff? lsd? what size is 188?210? what is the main gear ratio? What about the brakes: does it have abs? What kind of calipers (piston diameter) and brake rotors (diameter) are used? My E30 doesn’t have abs from the factory and I’m wondering if I’ll need to install it when moving to the m60 (currently the m20 is installed)... I will thanks for the answers! :) I will follow your project! Have a nice day!

Sweet car and awesome work. Make sure you don’t clip something on the right shoulder when you’re doing your turns to the right. You like to bring her to the side a lot. I would hate to see you hit something.

Thanks for ride along and your insight. It seems the car just pulls hard from zero to top speed right? The day is getting nearer when I get to take mine out on the open road as a pose to just round the neighbourhood. Have driven it in 1st, 2nd and felt 3rd gear though and I was so shocked 😲 😂 Congrats man. Many miles of trouble free motoring 🤞

@@alexarguijo Was supposed to be on the road for my 40th last spring and the 40th anniversary of the e30 but shit happened in life and it wasn't to be a 41 in April and that is the target which I seem set on making 🤞🙏😁

The most I can do is some more aggressive pads because I already have big brakes. Can't do anything about the manual brakes unfortunately.

@@alexarguijo Why wouldn't you just fit a VH44 remote booster, or an electric booster?

Fitting a booster in the engine bay requires a good bit of fabrication to relocate it it to the front of the engine bay with the limited space I already have as well as clusters the engine bay. Maybe it’ll be something I’ll do down the road but for now it’s fine. Never seen anyone do a electric one though.

@@fellowship_of_the_goat The joys of being left hand drive I'd imagine. Not many options available. I'm in the UK and right hand drive so I've fitted brake booster in behind the glove box area in passenger footwel. 5/740 calipers, 312mm audi discs, hawk pads, braided lines, 750 master cylinder etc 💪

It stops like normal just have to push the pedal significantly harder. It's definitely a bit weird just something to get used to. I'll be upgrading to some more aggressive pads in the near future so hopefully that helps.
