Aam Panna Popsicle
Prep time - 10 mins
Cooking time - 15 mins
Serves - 10 nos
Ingredients:
Raw mangoes (कच्चा आम) - 500 gms
Water (पानी) - 500 ml
Sugar (चीनी) - 1¼ cup
Salt (नमक) - ½ tsp
Black Salt (काला नमक) - ½ tsp
Peppercorns (काली मिर्च) - 6 nos
Roasted Cumin (भुना जीरा) - ¾ tbsp
Chilli Powder (मिर्ची पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Mint leaves (पुदीना पत्ता) - 2 cups
Green Food Colour (हरा रंग) - a drop (optional)

Wonderful recipe sir ! From the plating I got the idea of adding ginger to the panna mix while grinding because that is also a classic combination with raw mango. BTW , I tried your Paneer Lababdar recipe and it turned out so well that it was finished in one meal. Thank you for sharing such amazing recipes with us. 😊
