You could add notches to the board with the hole in it and two tabs on each side of the part with the saw in it so that when a certain sized hole is lined up the saws can be pushed into the stop to get the right size without fiddling and then you can just tighten it.

Instead of two adjustable cutters, you can simplify by making one fixed. You'd just need to make sure you drill your guide holes on a slightly angled line to ensure all hole edges line up on the fixed cutter side.

Clever, but one thing was left out and that's the bits and procedure for getting the square stock on the drill you used. As funny I think getting the stock reasonably centered is kind of important.

@@MA-SH ну вот на 3:44 например (и во всех других примерах). У вас квадратный брусок с уже имеющимся цилиндром внизу. И заготовка как бы опирается на него между лобзиками. Тут всё понятно. А как просто квадратный брусок позиционировать? На весу это вряд ли получится.

I can buy dowel rod. I don't use that much of it anyway. I don't like how close his hands are to the blade while using the table saw. He's one kickback from having a really bad day.
