Here I prepare Aam tel recipe by the use of simple way at home. It is also call Kancha Aamer Tel or raw mango pickle. It is very tasty and delicious recipe and basically used of mixture for puffed rice, Jhalmuri, Bhelpuri etc. This oil you can store for a year of time in a air-tight glass container. This oil also used for any kind of recipe for green mango flavor. This aam tel recipe was very attractive looking and also spread nice flavor around the surrounding. This recipe was very easy to prepare, so any one can make this recipe at short time. This aam tel is very popular around Bengal and also all over the country, it not need to longer step it just two or three step to prepare this recipe. Some people is like to take it with hot rice.

Ingredients :
1. Raw Mango 3 pcs (Medium Size) (500 gm)
2. Mustered oil 150 gm
3. Salt 2 tsp
4. Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
5. Red Chili 8 pcs
6. Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) 1/4 tsp
7. Bay leaf (Tej Pata) 3 pcs.
8. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1/4 Cup
9. Black mustard (Sarse) - 1 tbsp
10. Black cumin (Kalojeere) 1/4 tsp
11. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
12. Pepper (Golmorich) - 1/4 tsp
13. Hing - 1 tsp
14. Fennel (Mouri) - 2 tbsp
*** Garlic 3 Kwa (This is completely optional)
*** However you can use 1 teaspoon of Vinegar as it acts as a preservative.
