This President think he is very smart than all the kenyans, So he is acting like he didnt know that this bill was cruel to kenyans, He is playing the politic game, his approval rate was going down so he came up with something crazy, then refused to sign, so kenyans will think he has helped them dio apendwe tena what a mind game he is playing and hope Kenyans will all wake up and see this. So lives lost because of his mind game mean some nothing to him, He cannot replace a life lost with playing dirty politics to kenyans.
