Mac was always a happy soul, a legend who made it to 93, gone to be with his mates high above, another of the oldies who will always be remembered, RIP Mac.

"Tis Sweet To Be Remembered" he will be remembered for his music, his voice and the contributions he gave through out his life to the music industry, his friends and his fans. God Speed Mr. Wiseman. It's time for Jimmy Brown to go home.

How many of you know Mac recorded 600 songs? Originally trained to be a singer of classical songs. But moved to Country/BlueGrass instead. My fave Mac tune? Waitin for the boys to come home. Covered by the Country Gentlemen minus middle verse. One of Bristol Tn./Va.greatest.

Mac was playing years ago at the GROTTOES in Virginia and to get to the stage you had to drive down a small tree lined dirt road. About half way down the road I could hear that great voice, coming through the trees, "When I die, I want to rest upon your graceful mountains so free For that is where God will look for me..... Kentucky "...............

My dear and precious little Daddy will finally get to meet the Great Mac Wiseman in Heaven. Daddy loved Bluegrass....played ever instrument that had strings and was proficient on each one. The music they will play will truly be Heavenly. RIP Mr. Mac. Love and miss you, Daddy!!

oh no, this breaks my heart. he was my favorite singer. I know he is resting peacefully now with no pain or worries. Deepest condolences to all the family and friends of a much loved man. RIP Mac. Thanks for the many years or listening and learning from a master. He will be greatly missed.
