This is a walkthrough of how I made a macaron cube cake and includes my go-to recipe/guide for macarons. For those confused what a macaron cube cake is - it's essentially 27 macarons stacked in an alternating pattern to create an intricate cube.

Macarons:
- 100g egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 100g sugar
- 105g almond flour
- 105g powdered sugar
- gel food coloring (optional)
Bake at 300°F for 15-18 min
Ganache:
-100g dark chocolate
-100g heavy cream
-20g butter
