One of my favorite. A good Trini macaroni pie. I use extra sharp cheese too. Another way they call their spouse is this is " my Madam" or the Wife will say " look the Boss" 🤣 I love so much the way you talk to your husband. Sweet and loving. I use to put eggs in my pie, but what I learn is if you put enough cheese you don’t need eggs, and it holds together. I love watching you cook. As you say we all do things different.

I don’t put oil when I’m making stew chicken I just brown the sugar alone in the pot because the chicken gives off it’s own grease just my way
