it's not fake, i've seen a lot of unboxing of this macbook and they all have the same charger, maybe the charger you're saying is from another model like the m1 :)

The charging brick varies by country. Someone who lives in the US won’t get the same brick as someone in Europe. The color of the charging cable varies by the color of the computer. For example the midnight computers come with cords that are black.
