Bro thank you so much. Who would think that if the trackpad isn't working that the whole MacBook would be unusable. It was so slow. Got it working again. Pins at the trackpad connector where bent :-)

Thanks! It was very useful! In my case the trackpad connexion under the battery was a bit loose. I followed your video to locate the trackpad and after replugging the connexion it is working perfectly! Also, my fan was getting noisy sometimes and the computer was slow and it feels better now.

Wonder who's big idea at apple it was to make the whole thing screech if the trackpad gets a bit loose
