Another excellent stepping stone... Your methodology and breakdown teaching in incremental steps is precisely what i need. The mind bending part is I didn't know I needed it until I started training it... Thank you!

I really like your choice of environmental conditions for this particular video - I just started watching your videos a few months ago, and we just had our first big snow fall of the season yesterday. This video serves as validation that there are no excuses just because of a change in season. In other words, yes you can do these exercises outdoors in all seasons, which IMHO makes them even more valuable. Mind you, with the cold metal of a mace (or kettlebell), gloves will definitely be in order at some point. In my early days of viewing your videos, I was pestering you for more mace videos, and you've come through in spades. Awesome work!! I love the progressions of complexity. The more you string together individual movements, the more it becomes an on-going flow, which makes it even more interesting, and more fun to do.....which begets more participation. I would definitely like to see a nerd math video just for mace. Thanks for the excellent work!........and I do like the outdoors vibe more.....that's where I do my mace workout so I don't hit the ceilings, so it's very apropos. By you doing these videos in a similar environment (i.e. outdoors) to where I do my workouts actually makes them even more relevant on a psychological level.

Haha just picturing some unsuspecting dude driving round the corner to see a Wildman in the middle of the road in Warrior Stance!

Hi Mark. Is there a way to transition smoothly from standing stance to warrior? I'd like to add the warrior stance to my 1 hour mace routine, but I don't want to pause to setup for warrior. Thanks!

Can you address mace “whirlwind strike” (“Clearing the Path”) proper form (stance, catch, and wrist position)?

Hi Mark, is there any transition between sides in warrior stance? Thanks!
@MarkWildman3 жыл бұрын
A million. I’ll put it on the list. There will be some spear catch and Warrior mills first in line though.
@goncalosimoes70133 жыл бұрын
@@MarkWildman great! The mill and reverse mill, front and back, are doable. But the transitions left/right and vice versa is not smooth!
