Love the space in the middle for accessories

The rubber pads are provided to be placed in the inner headlight bracket to avoid vibration, protect the fork finish, and prevent the bracket from creeping downward over time as you ride. The rubber washer goes between the headlight and fastener to prevent over tightening and breaking the plastic headlight and allows the fixture angle to be adjusted and prevent vibration. Leaving parts off defeats the intended way it was engineered. Hopefully you saved the parts….you’ll likely go back and put them on.

Are they any upgrades for speed / power I heard it isn’t great for uphills. And I ordered mine three weeks ago , how long did yours take to ship ?

Do you know what the headlight plug in is called? Like what type of input? I’m trying to get a aftermarket light for it and need a converter but don’t know what’s it’s called

Nice bike for the price point. For me I would opt for the 750 watt dual battery version.

I requested the X2 over the X1. They said they would send me the X2 after we review the X1, but I doubt it. A lot of these companies will say anything just to get promoted. The X1 is still a nice bike for the price point, but you're right, the buyer majority want 2 things, Speed and Range. But if you're new to ebikes, the X1 is a good entry level option until you're ready to upgrade.

The X2 went up in price been keeping an eye on it went from 1,399 to 1,799 one day overnight. I get why they would bump it up since a lot of companies are nowadays but, at 1800 I'm gonna keep my X1 and just mod it a bit and make it my own. But I'd say the X2 is still a good bike even at that 1,799 tag

Is the ride on the x1 bumpy? I have heard that they don’t have suspension so I am wondering if I should get them.

That's just it, you would think it would need suspension forks etc just to be comfortable offroading, but the thick padded seat combined with the fat tires do absorb some of shock and if took out maybe 5-10psi more it would probably be even more comfortable. I say if you have the extra money, just go with the X2, but if you're on a budget, the X1 will do.

I also have an X1 and ride it daily for about 17 miles round trip. Put 300 miles on it already and I ride it in all weather and on/off road and I will say it's not bad. I keep my psi at 15 instead of the recommended 20 just to add extra cushion.

DON'T BUY !! Had to beg to use code, came in 3 weeks with damaged rotor and paint job messed up-forgot to send high priced accessories with it. I emailed them and they said FedEx had to damage paint. That means they'd of had to unwrap it, see damage and use exact color paint, let it dry and rewrap it. Paint looks like a 3 year old retouched it. They assured me, "dear" that all get a final inspection and that theres no way it could have passed with paint like that! No mention of how I could get a new rotor. They did say that the entire customer service was on vacation-imagine that, in the middle of this massive campaign!! Next part of the saga, my fenders and tail light (only $160) came with NO INSTRUCTIONS & MISSING HARDWARE! How much more do they think I can take?? Stay away-wish I had!
