The ‘Mach Loop’ in Snowdonia has always been a popular location for aviation enthusiasts as it provides unique views of various aircraft types flying low level in-between the beautiful Welsh mountains.
This video shows exactly everything that flew through the loop on one day in September, a few months ago. It showcases several flypasts by F-15E Strike Eagles from the 48th Fighter Wing, based at RAF Lakenheath; two Hawk T.2s from RAF Valley; a Phenom T.1 from RAF Cranwell, an MC-130J Commando II from RAF Mildenhall and an A400M Atlas from RAF Brize Norton.
All in all, not a bad day!
