बहुत अच्छी फिश रेसिपी बनाया है आपने।मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है कि मछली की मात्रा के हिसाब से लहसुन बहुत ज्यादा मात्रा में है।यदि लेहसुन किसी भी डिश में संतुलित से कम है तो स्वाद बढ़ जाएगा और यदि उसकी मात्रा संतुलित से दूनी मात्रा में हो गया तो स्वाद को बरबाद कर देगा,उसी की गंध सारे स्वाद पर भारी होकर चौपट कर देगी।

Raja = King. King fish is very popular among Indian communities in North American countries. Vaah Chef Aman...I am going to try this recipe. My fav fishes here in USA have been Red fish, Red Snapper, Fresh water Bass, Yellow Pompano and Pompfret (Usually imported from India or Myanmar). My fish-fry mix is " Cajun-Creole-Tex-Mex-Indian " combination. On family gatherings, that is what I do with these fish. One time, back in June 2015, there was a family wedding in Baltimore, MD and I went to a Chinese store to buy fresh Yellow Pompano...and all seasoning....got back to my host-house and marinated the fish in my Special Mix, for one hour. Then I started frying on the deck in backyard...and one by one, people just srarted coming to the backyard after they smelled the authentic aroma...sand in one hour, 100$ worth of fish disappeared. Now, I need to master your recipe. will let you know the results.
