Never ever! I am so heartbroken, crushed and shattered by his passing. Still floored and stunned. Really thought he was going to make it. He took his craft and culture seriously. Blaxx really understood the Master's assignment for him to consistently make great soca songs to lift our spirits and make us happy. He will be missed. We love and appreciate you Blaxx. Rest well our Soca Hulk

When multiple parts of the country claim you are from their soil you know you are truly blessed indeed! North and South claiming Blaxx! That is how much of a son of the soil he was. I love it! Doh dig no horrors, I from South but I had family in Lavantille and Tobago. Is one people. Whether by pumpkin vine or by soul connection.

Blaxx is from Siparia born and bred he moved to Point Fortin with his parents as a little boy and in 87 moved to Morvant permanently and began his Soca career. Machel is not wrong just like how he was born in Carenage but as a little boy moved down south to live with his grandmother in Siparia he is not originally from there but he lived there all his life and his heart belongs there

Rip Blaxx. Trinidad needs to step up there medical treatment. We have very smart intelligent ppl in Trinidad but government dont provide enough medical care for the island. Blaxx probably would of probably lived if he was in care of United states.
