I have owned a B750qe for 7 years and mainly for quilting. Your appliqué video is an excellent tutorial with clear visual instructions! I feel more confident now trying appliqué, but most likely with an Aurifil cotton thread. Is the set up of the B750 different for a cotton thread?

You would probably need a larger needle if using a 40-50 weight Aurifil - 70 or 80 but otherwise the same.
