I think he’s using the “black suit” in reference to it being “fame.” So I think he’s saying he’s going to let go of the fame and entertainer in himself and just be free and normal, and ocean reference he uses refers to life, so he is going to take off the fame and jump into life and swim good.

Drowning in your holy water( making love between a man and a woman) hold this rib that I gave you( referring to God giving a rib from Adam to Eve to create the first man and woman- which begat humanity and original sin) but don't pierce my underarmour( so the rib he - MGK- gives his woman meaning his love, trust, vulnerabilty, he hopes she doesn't use it against him and pierce his underarmour which armour is used to protect the body but also underarmour is a men's undergarment and sportswear line) then he brings it back to the biblical reference with "the CAIN ABLES me to function on nights my body's stopping ( this refers to Cocaine but also to Caine and Able, who were Adam and Eve's sons and Caine killed his brother Able)
