Glad so many people agree!! Don't get me wrong, Neck Deep is my favorite modern Pop-Punk shit... but it blows my mind when people won't admit when MGK makes something good. This album, the pandemic covers, he's super talented. I still remember hearing the opening track off "Lace Up" w/ M. Shadows from A7X. Good stuff!

Except for all of the artifacts introduced into her voice from all the pitch correction done to her vocals in the song. I can understand how an untrained ear could miss them...but this really isn't a great vocal performance by her. I typically like her voice.

@darkheart72 no, Blink-182 disappeared. Stand Alantic, Grayscale, WSTR, Neck Deep, Bring Me The Horizon, With Confidence, The Story So Far, Knuckle Puck... Honestly the list can go on, but these bands kept creating music.. if pop punk disappeared Van's Warped tour wouldn't of lasted as long as it did. Now I agree that MGK has brought a pop punk song back to radio stations, which is nice. But this isn't some Revive the Pop Punk scene.

Definitely getting more of the evanescence vibe from her with the look etc but I can def hear Paramore too! Their voices are actually similar now that you mention it.. 10000% also feel like they’re trying to make Halsey try and look as “sexy” as Megan Fox was in Bloody Valentine & I can’t lie she’s damn near close!! ❤️LOVE this, not a fan of him rapping, I feel this is so much better!
