He's pure muscle freak but I don't think he's trained in fighting. Even Wakatsuki has to learn karate and Julius has to study how his muscles work in fighting. Many Kengan fighters can take down giants if that's what they only are.

Considering the fact that this anime is from kengan. The fact macchio crushed supposedly very heavy weight metal means he has about ichirou lvl of grip strength maybe 10 times less but about that of fairly strong kengan competants. So with proper training he could be a beast tho
