There are couples who go through the motions of a wedding ceremony, then there's Macinna and Alex.
From the moment I laid eyes on them together, it was like looking at a single entity; this couple WAS made for each other. They made each other laugh infectiously, smile continually, and I even bet they finish each other's sentences!
This was NOT the day they planned. Thanks to the Virus-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named, Alex and Maci had to move their wedding day location. The original plan was for a giant wedding at one of my absolute favorite wedding venues ever, Howe Farms, and while the staff and owners at Howe Farms are some of my favorite people who were willing to accommodate this couple, Maci and Alex decided to play it save and have a small , intimate ceremony in the woods at Ely's Mill in Gatlinburg and it was like a scene from a movie!
While the day still had some setbacks on the wedding day that caused us to miss some vital "content" for a video, Maci and Alex were cool enough to agree to meet up with me a few days ago: Alex in his wedding suite and Maci in her wedding dress, to do some pick-up shots of them being all in love! And I think it paid off!
I give God the glory for this couple, for their love, for their dedication to Him, and for all the babies they'll have ;-)
I also give God the glory for using me as His tool to make this love story for them to enjoy, and share with their kids and grandkids!
