Here is the story of how I acquired "Mack Elroy", the figure I use in my ventriloquist act that was built by George and Glenn McElroy in 1938. While there are a handful of ventriloquists who own and occasionally perform with McElroy figures (like Jeff Dunham or Andy Gross, for example), I am currently the only ventriloquist who features a McElroy figure in my regular act.
