We were there a few months ago before the dock was done. Everything looks amazing and so beautifully filled in. I found your channel just a week or so after we got back home. (I am in MICH. also) I also got to meet Jack when we were on island. He is a very kind man and handles us fans gracefully. Thanks for asking him the questions you did I wasn't brave enough for staying and talking. Got a quick picture with him and off we went. We can't go back this year so thanks for the later in summer tour.

Loved the video! Those flowers all over Mackinac are so beautiful! Even the P.O. has flowers. The colors were so vivid! Those astilbe looked like beautifully colored feathers. Mackina Island is one of my favorite places to visit. Thank you for your sweetness in showing the beautiful blooms around the island. I had plans to be there for the flower show. I was so excited to see Laura with Garden Answer, and several others. For health reasons I was not able to make it this year. Maybe next year. Jes your personality radiates.

Great video. I have a hedge of those hydrangeas and they bloom summer until it snows, super easy. They are a mountain hydrangea.
