I can’t lie, I LOVE Civil War. Mostly because of Zemo. He was just such a great villain. He knew he couldn’t kill the Avengers since he’s just a normal guy, so we had to get them to kill each over. Revenge is quite a overused, boring motive but he was still a great villain. I can’t wait to see more of him in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

Honestly I feel Robert Downey has one of the best success stories ever, he came back from a drug addiction which is pretty much unheard of in the show business and helped start one the biggest franchises in movie history.

I disagree with the iron man 2 placement. It's actually my second favorite marvel movie. Whiplash wasnt that bad, and Tony discovering the new element wasnt too unbelievable either. He was always smart.

21:10 I didn't cry at that scene, but when they gave him a Ravager funeral, complete with Cat Stevens' Father and Son, oh boy did the waterworks flow. Honestly WandaVision is peak MCU 23:55 Ronan being a boring villain works in GotG, he's the contrast to the extremely light tone. It also makes him susceptible to Peter's Confusion Fu.

In terms of iron man 3 him blowing up the suits wasn't supposed to be him throwing away being iron man it was supposed to be a reset/ coean slate for him. He didn't need to build 100's of suits and he could move forwards from the trauma and stuff instead of being stuck in that past mindset

I loved Far From Home for all the reasons you said AND I thought it was interesting how they highlighted the people that hated Iron Man. I feel as viewers we could assume some people hate Iron Man but i was cool actually seeing that play out through Mysterio and the other ex employees

You pretty much summed up exactly how I feel about Captain Marvel as a character. It’s the same issue I have with Superman typically, once you introduce such a powerful character it kind of throws off every other conflict and like you said, drags down the universe a bit. The scene that really opened my eyes to this was the girl power scene in Endgame. Like you could’ve had some awesome action with Nebula and Gamora leading the charge of the female characters, passing the gauntlet around like a football, showcasing all of their powers, and giving each a little time to shine, and it would even work as a bit of a callback to Nebula playing paper football in the opening with Tony. Instead, you build up this kick ass charge scene with the MCU ladies, just to have Captain Marvel blow through it all... like no Okoye she doesn’t got help because she doesn’t need it apparently. I think they could’ve fixed this issue by making her powers somewhat like Thor. Reserve her Binary mode as her extra super powered strength that is only unlocked on occasion, like Thor in Wakanda, and have it be something limited. That way it’s not overpowered in universe, and when she does go Binary it feels like more of an event and almost urgent that she makes the most out of it while it lasts.
