You shouldn't "accelerate". I love that statement. You see, that is where you can tell the difference between a politician and a lawyer. Being a President is like being the commander in chief Representative of a country. You can't be a politician and lead an army. Accelerate would indicate a legal term and something similar to Ex Parte or Emergency. Giving emergency or not is not an actual answer to the question. Changing the procedure does not change the substance of the conversation and the question was on the substantive meaning and not the procedure to get there. The politician uses divergence to direct the topic to an agenda rather than answer facts and findings. The procedure he would use or not wasn't exactly the question now was it? So what is accelerating a procedure have to do with giving an answer to the question? Politicians. Don't expect much more.

Unjust or in other words, nations interest. Taiwan is all about advanced microchips, TSMC with a world market share of 54-56% ! It's never about anything than MONEY !
@1everydaycooldude11 ай бұрын
@@AahFukIt so a nation’s desire to be autonomous has absolutely nothing to do with it? The UN “Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples” in part says, “All peoples have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.” But it is about money in one way. We are afraid to upset the Chinese and disrupt our cheap goods created by people on slave wages.
@AahFukIt11 ай бұрын
@@1everydaycooldude im no big fan of the UN, to much talk and charade and to little action. The largest consumer of Chinese is the US, they have out sourced so much of their production. That they are some sort of dependent on China for goods. Taiwan was way back in time part of one of the Dynasties of China, was on and of independent. It will be very difficult and delicate to work out diplomatically.

I agree with Macron. We Europeans don't elect the US president, so we shouldn't be too dependent on the US. The alternative would be to create a Western Union where we Europeans are included in the election of a common administration. Call it something like "The United States of the Free World".
