hello, my machine stopped marking, and when EZCAD starts it works, it has the perfect configuration but when I press F1 with the design to mark, the program crashes and does not mark

HI !!! on my 30W fiber laser my laser turns on but it remains fixed it does not trace it F1 and F2 I reinstall everything reset the original parameters I think I have a problem with ports I changed like you port 4 / tested 0 also it doesn't work please can you help me

Hello , the connection port , different company , different connection . Please send your mail and send us your controller card version , I could send the JCZ card connection to you . then you could check yourself .
