Hello! Im trying to connect my fiber laser marking machine, but i cannot even see it as a unknown device... I tried with 3 pcs, and 2 cables, and none of them are working. Obviusly the machine is turning ON and making a lot of noise

Please check if the driver is installed. If not, ask the manufacturer for the driver that matches the card. Reinstall it and try to connect to the machine again.

if software cannot fixed, then means hardware issues, change a new controller card.
