I'm not certain on what historical event that is exactly (or if it even is one. The original creator could have just animated that part because they simply wanted to). But my best guess would be the Prusso-Japanese Trade Agreement that happened in 1860, which was actively supported by the United States legation in Japan. I could be wrong, so take this with a grain of salt. My other guess would be Prussian military officer Friedrich von Steuben training the Continental Army for the American Revolutionary War. Where Japan comes into play in that? I have no idea. Sorry this is so long, but I hope it answered your query???

Of all the Hetalia stuff I've seen, watched and read. This one is the one that made me cry. I don't want PRUSSIA TO DIE!!! *sobs* I don't know how you managed to convey it but Germany looked so much more lonelier. Then again in his short life he did manage to start two major wars pratically off the bat. And then you gave him Prussia just to take him away. *sobs some more imagines that he rolls with the EU *
