When I visited Australia I was very disappointed it was not like this.

When u think about it, the guitar guy is actually the wasteland equivalent of a battle musician who commands the movements of an army with his beats. It makes sense that immortal joe use that since there are no more radios and that wasteland combat is all about vehicles and that involves LOUD noise. When I rewatch the movie, his songs are fast when chasing and when stopping, he slows down the song. The truck setup with multiple drummers and stereos to make sure everyone can hear over the noise is genius.

If the apocalypse ever does happen, I need the guitar guy in my group.

This car chases are more realistic then fast and furious jumping from Canada to Mexico.

I remember watching this in the theater. The moment I saw the flaming guitar, I knew this was going to be one of the most epic movies of all time.

I get chills every time I see 2:55. Just something about the combination of the music, the horde of literal death machines, the blood-crazed suicidal maniacs filling them, and the fact that all of that is chasing after the war rig full-tilt

In terms of remake conspired to the original, this is one of the best ever. The original Mad Max films will always be amazing. This is almost like another movie within the same universe that a remake. Love it

The editing in this film is stellar. You never lose track of what’s happening in spite of all the movement and changing angles. Such a well made movie.

From beginning to end this movie is just absolute balls to the freaking walls! I freaking LOVE this movie! the music, the action, the acting...just everything gives me chills everytime I watch it.

This is one of the most over-the-top, breathtaking, batshit, ludicrous, insane scenes in the history of cinema… It’s also one of the beautiful things I’ve ever seen in my life. Just watching this brings a tear to my eye 😢

That slow camera pan from the drummers to the guitarist is when I knew I was watching something memorable.

The crane shot with the drummers and then the guitarist picking up the tempo, then it cuts to Immortan Joe's throne of a monster truck...I think that was my favorite shot of the whole movie.

Love how this movie doesn't treat its audience like idiots. There's no awkward exposition dump telling the audience that when a war boy 'chromes up it means they're about to kamikaze, it just ducking shows you and knows you'll get it.

This is how you make an action movie, this is arguably the best one ever made

The amount of character building, world building, and storytelling in this >5 minute clip- with NO EXPOSITION, amazes me still.

I love the way they climb across cars like pirates on ships. Hanging off a door to speak to the driver, flying from one vehicle to the next... Pirates of the desert. Brilliant film! WITNESS ME!
