Her best song, ever, and the best Bond song. Nothing short of a masterpiece. I am sure she made her papa proud. Only problem - it is too short.

Great Bond song. But I have to put Goldfinger above it.

I agree. She even has a vibrato in this song.

They wanted Frank to sing the song, and he said Nancy had to sing it! I would love to hear a Frank Sinatra sound-a-like cover this song

@@timothyjseitz That would be interesting, but I don't think he could match his little girl.

The season 5 finale with this song and those scenes was better than the serie finale, lovely

You only live twice, or so it seems One life for yourself, and one for your dreams You drift through the years and life seems tame Till one dream appears and love is its name And love is a stranger who'll beckon you on Don't think of the danger or the stranger is gone This dream is for you, so pay the price Make one dream come true, you only live twice And love is a stranger who'll beckon you on Don't think of the danger or the stranger is gone This dream is for you, so pay the price Make one dream come true, you only live twice

To me, John Barry is the greatest composer of the late 20th century. This is his masterpeice.

Very appropriate for Don Draper, who literally lived a double life.

For some reason this song (and this version) is quite important to me... my favourite Bond song and probably in my top 100 pop songs (and Mad Men used it very appositely, as was often the case with its music)

i always thought this song was fitting ....the Draper character was very American Bondish in that whole 60's Connery Bond era ...

Трудно не согласиться. Я любил некоторые фильмы о 007 смотреть. Однако (мнение странное) но эта песня может для сцены похорон подойти. Настроение подходит.
