53 साल पहले जब मैं कनाड़ा आया था, तब एक ही चीज यहाँ नही मिलती थी बॊ है रतनजॊत, 1972 में जब घरवाली दिल्ली सै पहुंची तब रतनजॊत भी पहुंच। गया, अव भी कभी कभी रॊगन जॊश वनाता हुं, वाजवान स्टाईल, रतनजौत डाल के, 80 का हॊ चला हुं पता नहीं कब वारी आएगी दिल्ली वाले रौगन जॊश की, क्युं कै मैं चांदनी चौक दिल्ली सै हुं, जय हिंद.

this may not be the classic Kashmiri rogan josh for e.g. onions, coriander powder or special garam masala are not really part of the classic dish some wazwan ( kashmiri chefs) put garlic some don't...some put mawal ( cockscomb flower for red colour) some don't . so it is quite varied - but saunf powder, saunth powder red chilli powder - both types are classically essential ingredients...i also prefer garlic, it is a great taste enhancer..also jeera powder..all in all taste must be good...thanks for the video
