If we’re talking Ultimate Team and you’re getting the connection error that boots you back to the main screen, try switching lineups. All of these trouble shooting tips are very common and not exactly specific to Madden 24.

I believe for some reason my main account is banned , I logged into madden and purchased a few bundles and built my team and for some reason I can’t load into a h2h game, on my alt everything works just fine

I’ve tried to do h2h online and it freezes during the load screen going into the game. My internet is the fastest it can be in my area at 1000mbps, no packet loss and my ping is under 30. Is something wrong with the online mode because everything else works fine
