I did a livestream so you guys could experience the game with me while I played it for the review, and KZfaq decided to heavily compress the visuals so that they look awful. But hey, I'm not going to play this terrible game for another few hours just to get higher quality footage. So hopefully you guys still find this to be a good video. Also, because I'm sure some of you are wondering, I signed up for a one month subscription to EA Play Pro on PC, which gave me the full game, not a trial, for $15. So no, I didn't waste $60 on this mess, and that's how I got the game early.

This is the most honest review I've seen of Madden thus far. Our group hasn't played in a about 10 years and we decided to get into it this year and start up a franchise with fantasy draft. Everything about the game was awful. Being forced to create a player for a game mode I don't care about, then being forced to have to look at that a**hole the whole time you're in menus is ridiculous. I'm not sure how he forgot to talk about the sound track but WHOA. That is a dumpster fire for sure. Worst sound track of any sports game I have ever played. The fantasy draft is terrible, I thought I recalled back in 2010 being able to see a full draft board and see who was drafted by which team drafted them and in which round, etc. Not any more. Also you can't see the draft order, so if you only have 10 players in your league, it's a mystery when the AI is drafting. It also failed to give you an option to scout players before the draft. So you better be ready and hope you don't accidentally draft someone who is out for 46 weeks with an injury. Seriously, this game is so disappointing. We haven't played in so long because frankly, everyone hates EA. EA has consistently ruined this franchise and most any other franchise they touch. Welp, congrats EA, you got our money this year. We will absolutely be jumping ship once someone else releases a football game. This is a great example of what happens when someone has a monopoly. It went from something they took pride in to something that just feels lazy and uninspired.

It is a souless 60$ patch with no love put into it. When will people wake up and stop spending money on the new copy and paste each year with minimal effort on changes. And today's world of patches, making the necessary changes to the roster to reflect the current year is a simple matter of a patch, but then they'd lose out on the 60 per game they make each year from the suckers that buy them.

First year I haven't bought Madden in as long as I can remember. Played the 10 hour trial on EA access for 2 hours and turned it off, loaded up Madden 20 and shockingly had a much better experience. Not to say that Madden 20 is a good game but at least I didn't have to waste another £55 on the same absolute trash.

I haven't bought an EA madden game in many years. If I do again, it will have: Fully custom teams. if I want to make my own league with my own logos that I import from images off my PC, then I should be able to do that. In the 2000's I COULD do that. Custom build my own stadium. Used to be able to do this to a limited degree. Announcers that aren't repetitive A highlights show that shows me replays not just from my game, but from other games around the league. Trading system that makes sense No games modes that are basically gambling for children.

I'm a Fifa fan and dw you're not alone. Fifa is also ridiculed when its dropped and is dead after toty (team of the year). This promo targets naive kids who fall into their 'pay to win' scheme, which is promoted by popular KZfaqrs who pull millions of views. Although they slander EA at times, they too are a massive problem as they only show good packs among the thousands of shit ones. I remember like Madden 05-11 on the PS2, the crowds were lively. The boos would actually rain down whenever something negative happened to the home team. Miss those days
