They created a skill gap with ball carries moves now which I love. Juking a defender takes skill in real life..some players are more physical or elusive in real life & I think this adds more realism and skill to the game. The juking in madden 24 was hella basic ..now you won’t be able to juke 3-4 defenders at a time and ultimately this helps the defense too. There’s balance now.

If this blocking stuff really hits and the offensive line actually really matters based on attributes and not just abilities I think we can have a decent copy and paste game this year. Way too many times you just see the offensive lineman just standing there well after his man beat him and they just didn’t have much of a counter to all these blitz like sending more than they can block makes sense but my goodness were they just dumb and wasn’t aware of their job. Also seeing that the hot route master is standard possibly on all the QBs will make regs and online play a lot better and having the wrs with wr routes off rip is huge I felt they put way too much into the abilities department in madden 24 and it extremely ruined the game!
