What should I use for freckles on my cheeks under eyes. I have dry skin with open pores.I am using L'Oreal 3x laser cream but it doesn't work and I have also tried Tretinoin for fine lines but it made made situation worse. What should I do can you please tell me!

Morning: moisturizer + sunscreen. Evening: cleanser + moisturizer + vitamin A serum (if you can add 1 more product, add hyaluronic acid before moisturizer)

It's very hard to find complete information about Pakistani products. companies don't disclose everything, that's why I hesitate to recommend such products. But I'll keep looking for more options. Thanks for the feedback.
