In 13th century England, a law was enacted which prevented bakers from cheating customers and selling light loaves of bread. To prevent themselves from getting in trouble with the law, bakers would give an extra loaf for every dozen purchased to make up for any potential shortfall.

A baker's dozen is 13 because a donut might turn out bad, so having 13 gives room for that error. If everything goes right, than you can sell or eat the extra donut.

Historically, in medieval England, it was specified a dozen loaves of bread was to be a specific size and weight. To avoid punishment and to accommodate for everyday variations, bakers would just throw in an extra loaf of bread. Hence, "baker's dozen"

I don't get why when I put in my donuts in the exact time they are suppose to go in, they say their cooked but they don't have that golden color like this video, they look pale. When I try to cook them longer they will just get burnt.

I would like to add some stuff hes leaving out. I just bought and played the game today 12/26 and the measuring cups are not included. you have to buy them from your order app on ur phone. I suggest definently buying them so u can measure stuff from the loose dispensers accurately
