PLC output wiring is done when we want to connect load with relay channel card and in order isolate and protect outputs of PLC. Well brother the 220V has to go in com of relay and load has to be connected through No of relay. Apart from mistake your videos are really helpful.

Sir aapne yese kyo kiya better ye reheta ki aap relay ke common me +24 dete aur N. O. Se ek wire leke bulb ko connect karte aur bulb ka dusra wire -24 ko dete ( I considered +24 volt bulb). Am I correct or not sir?

Sir aapne DC ke Connection bta diye, aisa tab hota jab DC ka bulb hota. Yaah par maine 220vac ka bulb use kiya hai, yaah par live neutral hai(jisme koi Polarity nhi hoti)

very well but there is a technical mistake... neutral of load is correct. but you have connect line voltage to P(of relay) and another wire of load to the O(of relay) you have connected it reverse, logically correct but technically incorrect... keep going very well...

Hii one correction is require, live wire need to connect on common terminal of the relay and load should be connect on NO or NC terminal as per our requirement. If you will connect live wire on NO terminal then you will not utilise your NC terminal.

So 1- l connected 0V to C0 2- l connected Y0 output to (-)input of the relay 3- to + input of relay l connected 24V from SMPS. 4-l connected 0V to common inpuf of the relay. But the led light on the relay is always on. Thank you

@@hakimbaqal @Hakim Jamal your first three steps are the main Connection for relay and PLC I'm ignoring 4th because that's the relay Connection for load(because you're talking about relay common and no and nc) Now the problem might be: 1. First check while programming are the bits of Y0 are Low 2. Connection are correct! 3. I think your relay will work in reverse operation which means, you program the output of relay Y0 as HIGH, you will observe the relay is turned off. Can you check the 3rd step at your end....
