This is beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to do this and sharing. What size spool of macrame is recommend for each section of this project? In other words, I am going to try and make this I don't want to come up short on the thread some where and mess the whole thing up. Thank you

[4mm macrame twist cord - white] 9'-10'' x 8 cords 3'-3 1/2'' x 18 cords 10'' x 49 cords [4 mm macrame twist cord - black] 5'-11'' x 8 cords 3'-3 1/2'' x 18 cords [2mm macrame twist cord] 1'-3 1/2'' x 7 cords If you don't have enough rope to make it It's because the rope you used is different. I used 4mm macrame cord However, even if the thickness is 4 mm, it depends on the type of rope. You'll have to cut it a lot longer. :) I hope you will make this work well. Another beautiful project. I’m wondering though, when you tie the tassel on, how do you get the black cord to lay nicely behind the tassel? It seems like it would just kind stay in the center of the tassel. Thank you.

I used 3 mm instead of 4mm and did 6 strings instead of four, I’m doing my second one and hope it turns out better then the first one

Hi, I love your videos. I’ve tried this Wallhanging and I agree, it is harder than it looks. I have also had to redo areas to get it looking symmetrical. I did find that I had to make the length of the 2 white cords on the left longer by about 1m as this row had the most half hitch knots. I love the final piece and loved the challenge.

오늘 만들었어요!^^ 생각보다 어려웠어요ㅠㅠ 나름대로 나무봉에 센티까지 재어가면서 걸었는데 사선이 예쁘게 교차되지않았어요. 그리고 검정실은 부드럽고 가는대신, 흰실은 뻣뻣하고 두꺼워서 마지막에 여섯개씩은 죽어도 안 걸어졌어요..엉엉엉~~ 달리 작가님이 따로 있는게 아니더군요~ 손끝에 경험이 많이 쌓여야되겠죠? 작품이 너무너무 예뻐서 한참전부터 벼르다가 오늘 만들었는데.. 그래도 스스로 대견해요 헤헤~^^(완전 독학) 앞으로도 멋진작품 많이 올려주세요~♡♡♡

How do I keep the rope/pattern straight? My lines end up looking all crazy. And uneven. Any tips on how to keep the ropes straight. Where the white and black ropes cross is where it messes up.
