The easiest way to cut steel - Machine build DIY

Today we're gonna make metal cutting chop saw.
I tried to use relatively simple and available tools to show you that you can do interesting things without super expensive equipment.
I decided to build this saw for several reasons.
1. Swivel arm with blade instead of swivel vice. It is very helpful with long elements.
2. Thanks to the brushless, low-speed motor and lack of modes, the machine is much quieter than store machines.
3. I bought the engine a long time ago, just like the shaft, and I wanted to use it.
4. Cutting is much faster than on a band saw or angle grinder.
5. I had a lot of steel that I wanted to use to avoid unnecessary costs.

• Restoration - Circular... - Restoration - Circular saw shaft

You're a grandmaster, you have no idea how highly you're rated here. One Russian commented that such equipment as your workshop does not have his specialized company. Bravo, your mind, your head is power. I'm a little sorry just because some of your solutions require such instrumentation that it's impossible to copy them. However, I already have this saw on the wallpaper so far I have used abrasive discs, your solution is excellent. I greet and wish you successful inspiration. you're probably one of the most technologically advanced thinkers here. I'll keep an eye on your exploits. I'm proud of you, even though you could be my grandson. Brawo, Twoja myśl, Twoja głowa to potęga. Pozdrawiam i życzę udanych inspiracji. jesteś tu chyba jednym z najbardziej zaawansowanych technologicznie myśliciele. Będę pilnie śledził Twoje wyczyny, jestem z Ciebie dumny, choć mógłbyś być moim wnuczkiem.

Many will say "why not just buy one?". Well, they'll end up keep buying one after another. Building it like you did will last a whole lot longer than any one sold at the store. I built a wood mill instead of buying one. Built it 15 years ago and still works like a charm. I love the detail you put into this project and keeping safety a factor.

Napoleon Sienes Polish always have made quality stuff. I think the kidding in the US is good natured because we know their stuff is good. Like Germans stuff is good quality but always over engineered.
