Hi, Thanks for your explanation. But, it doesn't mean that the stock is good if PE ratio is low and stock is bad if PE ratio is high.We need to consider PE ratio, but based on market/company situation. If it's low, may be market is bearish from some time and if it's high, company has more demand.

PE is not only factor , its invalid if debt is high in company , and it should be EV/ebita and more over EPS can be manipulated in balance sheets , so need to check if earnings are real or just a hyped value .... so book value and cash flow are imp ...simply dont go blindly by PE .... eg: most of the cyclical are low PE and value traps
