Great. I am a regular customer of fresh to home from Chennai. But, I want to project an end user (customer) opinion. Due to delay in delivery, we are not getting fresh items as per statement given here. They have to improve their supply chain or delivery systems. I have given several alerts to their customer care. But, there is no improvement as they are not brining those comments to their top management level. They are saving their colleagues & spoiling the goodwill / reputation of the group. Sorry in using this platform for projecting this!!.. Thanks.

പാക്കിങ് ലൈസൻസ് എടുക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ കൊറോണ കാലത്തു പുതിയ പല സംരംഭകരും പാക്കിങ് വ്യാപാരത്തിൽ കടന്നു വരുന്നുണ്ട്.. പാക്കിങ് വ്യാപാരം ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ നടന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ സർക്കാരിൽ നിന്ന് ഫൈൻ വരാൻ സാധ്യത കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. പുതിയ സംരംഭർക്ക് ഈ വിവരം ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെന്നു വിചാരിക്കുന്നു 1) ഫുഡ് പാക്കിങ് ആണ് എങ്കിൽ ഫുഡ് ലൈസൻസ് (FSSAI) നിർബദ്ധമായും വേണം. ഫുഡ് അല്ലാത്ത വ്യാപാരത്തിന് ആ വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ ലൈസൻസ് വേണം 2) വീട് മേൽവിലാസത്തിലും പാക്കിങ് ലൈസൻസ് എടുക്കാം .. വീട് നിങ്ങളുടെയ് പേരിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു Non Objection Certificate വീട് ഉടമസ്ഥൻ ഒപ്പിട്ടു തരണം 3) Self Attested ഡിക്ലറേഷൻ അറേഞ്ച് ചെയ്യണം (പ്രതേക അപേക്ഷ ലഭ്യമാണ്) 4) കെട്ടിട നികുതി അടച്ച തെളിവ് ഹാജരാകണം 5) നിങ്ങൾ പാക്കിങ് ചെയ്യാൻ പോകുന്ന പ്രൊഡക്ടിന്റെ മുഴുവൻ വിവരങ്ങൾ സബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യണം 6) ലൈസൻസ് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് തീയതി ക്കു മുൻപായി പാക്കിങ് ആരംഭിക്കുവാൻ പാടില്ല. ആരഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എതിരേ ഫൈൻ വരാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട് 7) ലൈസൻസ് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു വിജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഓൺലൈൻ റഫറൻസ് നമ്പർ കിട്ടും. ആ നമ്പർ വച്ച് നമുക്ക് പാക്കിങ് ആരംഭിക്കാം. ഓർക്കുക ഈ നമ്പർ താത്കാലിക നമ്പർ മാത്രം ആണ് (90 ദിവസം കാലാവധി) 8) അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കിട്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ Legal Metrology ( District Officer)നിങ്ങളുടെയ് ബിസിനസ് സദർശനം ഉണ്ടാകും (90 ദിവസത്തിന് മുൻപ് ). ഈ സദർശനം ഓക്കേ ആണെകിൽ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് 750 രൂപ ഫീസായി അടക്കണം 9) ഫീസ് അടച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പെട്ടന്ന് രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കും 10) ഈ റെജിസിട്രേഷന് കാലാവധി ഇല്ല . വ്യാപാരം ഉള്ള കാലത്തോളം നമുക്ക് ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഓരോ വർഷം പുതുക്കേണ്ട 11) ഓർക്കുക രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഇല്ലാതെ (അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കൊടുക്കാതെ) വ്യാപാരം ആരംഭിച്ചാൽ Legal Metrology ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിന് ഫൈൻ അടിക്കാൻ അവകാശം ഉണ്ട് 12) രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ കിട്ടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഓരോ വർഷവും നികളുടെയ് തൂക്കം അളക്കുന്ന മെഷീൻ താലൂക്ക് Legal Metrology ഓഫീസിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി സീൽ ചെയ്യണം കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ 7034 418 418 REAL JOURNAL ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS Reg. office : Taliparamaba, Kanuur H.O : Bangalore സേവനം കേരളത്തിൽ ഉടനീളം
