By steaming shabudana , so it doesn't stick each other and even doesn't stick to pan. And it tastes good. Dr Nene like this Motyachi bhaji...( by Madhuri in her one interview) Love this family ❤

We also add ginger to it.. no olive oil , we dont steam beforehand rather cook the sago covered 7-8 mins in kadhai.. serve with curd or lemon.. every family make it their own way

Why olive oil? And crushed peanuts are added not only to avoid sabudana from sticking to each other but to add the protein element to the otherwise carbs heavy sabodana. It's a dish mostly for fasting days, hence the nutritive content is taken majorly into account ❤

Sabudana shd nt be steamed atall.. Instead add roasted and grind course peanut and salt into sabudana ..and then put the fodni .. Very delicious 😋 it will taste ..

Put it all together (sabudana, boiled potato, crushed grounded peanut with Lil jeera and green chillies)in a steamer n cook. It'll not be sticky. No oil and no ghee. Serve with curd or raita. Looks n tastes good.

Isme Naya hai ki ye madhri dwara banaya gaya hain .koi Madhuri ji ko bataye ki sabudana bina ubale hi banaya jata hain. Bus ise raat bhar Pani me soak Kiya jata hain. And one thing madhri ji tel and ghee ek sath use nahi karna chahiye. It's harmful for health. Ya to ghee poora ya tel poora.
