Salaam, it was organised by the hotel staff. I think if you ask any taxi driver for ziyaarah tour around Makkah/Madinah, they should be able to do it.

Wa alaykum salaam. Due to bad experiences at the hotel (mainly terrible cleanliness), I’ve decided not to share the name. In sha Allah you’ll be able to find a better hotel.
