😛 Hii! I have recently found your youtube page and I absolutely love watching your videos. I am a current Elementary Eduction major student and I have probably binged watched like 20 of your videos in the last 24 hours. I just find your videos to be super uplifting and welcoming, it makes me super excited to finish my degree!!

🤪Glad to see you feeling better. I teach in the St. Louis area and we felt like our kids were out of control after the snow, too. It doesn’t help that this week was what I call the trifecta…100th day on Friday, Super Bowl on Sunday, and then Valentine’s Day on Monday. Ugh. There is just so much excitement and it makes it very hard.

Yes I am going through a program for two years as well. It’s not called a new teacher induction program, it’s just called a mentoring program. I have to pay for it too

🤪 and my state does have a mentoring program for teachers but in DE it’s 4 years long which i feel is terrible but who am I 😂 in the first two years you have a mentor and then in the last two you just have monthly meetings with admin you must attend. Also we do get more walkthroughs and observations during this four year period before officially graduating the program and then we are considered an experienced teacher. I’m in the first year program so I got a decent amount of time left to complete all of this 😭

Madison you have to eat lunch. You need to take care of yourself even if you have a baggie of veggie sticks. Apple slices are filling too. You will be so much more exhausted and run down without lunch. Keep drinking water too.😜
