Hey I am going to be a mom in a few weeks and I overwhelmed with the options available for pumps. I am trying to be as prepared as I can but I am stuck at pumps. I was earlier going to get the spectra but as I am in Canada, they don’t ship it here. My nipples are already sore even without doing anything as of now.

Ah I know there are a lot of good ones these days! A properly sized insert can help with those sore nipples.
