MadJax Ultimate Upgrade for Basic Lights (Turn Signals) on 2016 EZGO RXV

Күн бұрынMy 2016 RXV had the basic MadJax LED light kit without turn signals. I ordered the Ultimate Upgrade kit to get turn signals working. I did not use the brake pad or horn as I already have a horn and read less than stellar things about the brake pad. My main need was turn signals given I drive on surface streets and have to make a lot of turns often without four-way stops.
The kit was easy to install, I wish the column harness line was longer so I could bury the entire controller in the front cowl, that's my only criticism.

How has that particular Voltage reducer been working on your RXV? Currently in the market for one for my RXV and there are so many options out there.

With this upgrade kit, did you have to splice into anything, I have a 19 valor and wanting to make street legal but would prefer plug and play no splicing, as you I already have lights and horn.

Hey @fatboybiker, did you ever install the kit? I have a 2021 Valor and want to do the same thing. Have horn pedal and lights already installed.

@@hsheynin I did install and there was no splicing, actually quite simple, I didn't bother the old horn so now I have two different sounding horns if I chose to use them both.

How hard was it to upgrade? I too have a 2016 that has these same lights, but the signals are not hooked up or the DRLs.

I found it really easy. I did NOT install the brake pedal light though.
