Here's another edit from the Celebration Tour. This song was always one of my favourites on "Erotica", and hearing it live was out of this world. I hope it's as close to the performance as possible.
The intro is "Le Regret" composed by Charles Mayer, played by Olga Guverich. I added more piano to the mix, and I made the drums a little heavier. By the way, the bass thing before the first verse is a sample from "Express Yourself". Enjoy, and let me know if you cried, because I sure did (while making this).

The intro is a recording of Olga Gurevich playing the piano. From 1:28 onwards it's a piano synth plugin I programmed. Some solo parts are from the album version.

Beautiful recreation of the live version! What is the melody in the beginning? I know it's chopin, but what specific melody?

Thank you so much! The piece is called "Le Regret". I've read that back in the day people thought it was written by Fryderyk Chopin, but in fact it's a work by Charles Mayer, an artist from Prussia. He was allegedly inspired by Chopin among other composers.

@@gmdsn35 Some sources say it is a lost piece by Chopin though. Ugh it's so difficult to be sure about anything these days. All I know for sure is that it fits the show perfectly.

It's amazing just one inaccuracy is the 3:21 . I believe there's only the strings and no piano element there. Even at the part - can;t bring myself to let you go, I think there's no piano playing/
