On her own channel she has put out a video with another sound to her voice in the first song. Maybe something with the technical things that she may use for her voice to sound better didn´t work and that is why it all sounded so off-key. In the video her voice sounds at least decent. It´s sad but these things can happen. Or she just couldn´t sing better there and then.

But Verka and all other winners were not singing live. Not to say Madonna was good, because obviously she was not.

I think you're confused, last year was the terrible Eurovision. And just because your country didn't make it to the finals, it doesn't make this a "terrible" Eurovision. It was one of the strongest Eurovisions with alot of amazing songs and great show. You can see reaction from all over the world (with objective people) that said how much they enjoyed and were impressed by this year Eurovision. P.S Madonna was bad, no argue about that.
